Option 2: Investigate and rectify the mechanical issues that prevent that keyboard from having its capitals and punctuation keys generate the appropriate characters on the screen.

If you said you have some idea about at least the general topic or area we may be more inclined to help, but to say you have no idea doesn't endear us in the slightest.
Do you really have no areas of interest?
