It the advertisement says they will cost you $69.00, then yes they will perform as advertised.

Does the advertisement say anything else?

I bought one for $69 and after some careful measurements coupled with some common-sense add-ons I figured out for myself, the actual cost was $276! That's like a 300% improvement!!! Wow!!!! Wish I'd bought two now!
