BDV Limit Switch

BDV limit switch is giving feedback signal to MarkV and scada. condition is, in MARKV display my limit switch is giving normal ind. as per field actual normal condition,but in Scada display shows travel ind which is incorrect. Where is the posible problem and what is posible solution.
