DC Drives 6RA22 Tripped on F05 (Supply Voltage +/-20%)

01/07/2011 3:29 AM

We have 6RA22 DC Drives with main & standby unit. For last last couple of weeks we are facing the problem of these (Main & standby both) drives tripping on F05 [supply voltage out of tolerence (+/- 20%)] once in 2 or 3 days. Drives manual shows rated supply voltage 3 phase 415 V AC (+10% / -22%).

We checked the voltage reading at drive parameter, it reads 393 Volt to 407 Volt.

Input and Output cables meggered OK, Connections OK. We changed the Electronic Cards of the drive still problem exists.

Can anybody suggest some solutions ! Please...

Thanks

Either turn up the supply voltage or turn down the input voltage tolerance band until the problem goes away.

Oooooh - another thought - is the supply cable undersized?
