How to Install .net Frame Work 1.1 in Window 7

I don't know if you can use 1.1 in Win 7, but if I were you I'd try downloading it directly from MS. If there is a version for Win 7 it's probably at the link below. If it is there, just follow the MS instructions for installation. How about a later version of .net framework?

I have problem, i am trying to install program ( Games ) on my windows 7

The program insisted to install .net framework 1.1 and it failed to install in my pc.
