B.O.E. MEANS BOILER OPERATION ENGINEER EXAMINATION.

Dear Mr.Mohanty,

Pl. contact the Director of Boilers at Bhubaneshwar or Dy.Director of Boilers in your region.

Earlier, respective States, have been conducting the B.O.E EXAM, AND IF YOU GO TO SOME OTHER STATE, endorsement was required. (Now I understand, there is a common exam, conducted by Boiler Board. I am not sure.)
