Technology Club - Membership Advantage

03/28/2007 12:44 AM

I am planning a technology club where members can be sent research project for development. I will like to keep small fee to overcome burden of management. I come across many research projects in engineering and science and will like an International team to become a part of it. We can share our views and if any one find OK to take up the work then will get paid for goods delivered. This sure can help small infrastructure people positioned at remote places. Not all types of products can be taken up at a time as that will create overcrowding scenario.

What is genuine membership fee? You can decide.

I will need profile of the research scientist / engineer to sponsor project in which we expect one can complete the job.

Let me hear from you all. Those of you not interested in joining the club please do not add comments here. Only seriously involving people need to say whatever they wish to say. Thanks for cooperation.

Hello Shyam

I am interested but due to my current employment I am not really able to join as a full paying member, however, I am happy to offer my assistance and advice free of charge as I like helping people and one of my main goals is to make the world a better place than when I arrived. Making money does not concern me (I make enough as it is already).

What type of project areas were you thinking of?

Due to the multi-disciplined, multi country task force (club) you were thinking of creating, were you planning on (or getting someone to) set up a private web site for us to all talk together and exchange ideas and information?

If there are any privacy concerns we could continue our discussion using CR4's private messaging system.

Dear Jack

The technology club is to help people find technology experts at one place and let experts gain from what they can professionally do for the required projects. I will act as a moderator such that it becomes meaningful for both sides.

We can think of putting up some idea open for all, but base idea is not to take help but to assign task to the experts irrespective of their current professional position such as employment. If some one can complete the task within the assigned period then it is as good as anyone else on the project.

Non members can not access the information as it is an obligation to let those who have become a team to take an advantage of the situation. Yes, we will have access control web link to the professionals once we are ready with the team. Hence, we can not really take help from those are not the members. It is planned to be a club of the members. We expect about 1000 engineers and scientists to join the team in about 3-years. Hence this plan is not for a very short time. We will switch to new discussion scheme for the members.

If you have any point to discuss then write to me.

Dear Dr.G.H.Thanki

Your experience is valuable and if you have access to the required technology and are located in India then I can get good professional work for your kind of skills. If you are located away from India then also something we can discuss with you if you can handle industry projects.

You can email me PDF copy of CV for record and it will become your file picture for project handling. When we decide on the membership fee all together, you can think of paying it. But for now, I will file your personal information as prospective technology club member.

If you wish to send me email then write to sst (at) sensorstechnology.com after removing those unwanted characters.
