How did you check the fuel pressure?

The shops usually charge $60 or so to check your computer and codes, but I would look for a used computer. Besides, these guys usually don't make house calls. At this truck's age, you should have spares of everything collected. I love my '90 but Ford doesn't love me, no help there. We are now delegated to the junk yards and back yard mechanics.

the fuel filter on the throttle body might all be plugged up...or it jumped timing...or if you are checking fuel pressure by taking off the fuel line and turning it over it still might not be getting fuel to the throttle body...or the switch on the clutch pedal might be bad if it isn't turning over.

Do you have spark at the plugs? have you squirted a small amount of known good gas into it?

If so, it may be time to do a compression test. Compression and vacuum are directly related. Have an assistant turn the starter, and hold the throttle down. If you put your hand over the air inlet, the suction should be very noticeable. If not pay for compression test. If you feel hard suction, the valve timing is good.Look elsewhere.Good luck.
