Generator Overspeed

Hello,

Our group Electrogène starts and stops with overspeed overspeed as indicated.

We checked the position sensor camshaft and we think just makes the problem.

We have audited the ohmic but it seems to cut the four terminals.

It is well supplied with 8volts DC. and the output is still around 4.6V.

His reference is: CAT 3E 0445.

Can someone tell me whether or not a defect in this sensor can create an overspeed. How to test this sensor said.
