Material anticipated A 333 Gr 6.

2)service : Anhydrous HCL ( liquid), design press .=2Mpag, -85/100 C

Material anticipated 316/316L.

3) service : HCL ( 0 to 35 % Aqueous), design press .=1.5Mpag, 75/200 C

If this is hydrochloric acid, the correct abbreviation is HCl (the L/l being lower case.)

Most of these materials can be found in various corrosion-resistance and pressure-capability sources that will be helpful.

The nickel richness of 333-6 is good for low temperatures, but I'm not sure how it applies to acids.

(Just a few sketchy ideas.)

"Plastic, plastic, plastic" - like, PVC, like PP, like PVDF, like PTFE.

Check-out the Cole-Parmer materials compatibility database.

I'm with PWSlack.

Ryan Herco, Herrington Industrial Plastics and others can also supply piping materials.

I worked for a company that built chemical etchers (among other things) and we used plastic pipe extensively. It's lots cheaper than titanium or Hastelloy C-276 and other exotic metals.

Most importantly, ask the supplier if he will certify the pipe for your use.

Milo may have some information, too.

the performance of ceramic tube will be the best choice for pipe liner,abrasive-resistant and corrosive-resistant.
