There are so many. They are on different topics like Grounding, Protection, Power distribution, etc. What is your specific area of interest? Or.... do you want to simply "collect" and keep all of them in your library for "snob" value?

If you are really serious, kindly let me know your mail ID thro this forum's mailbox so that I can try to send them one by one thro e-mail. But, you must give an undertaking that you will go thro all of them. Will you?

The IEEE color books are part of their (copyrighted!) standards, and are not available for free. If someone sends you an electronic copy, they are breaking copyright laws, and can be fined. You can order the books from IEEE or possibly buy them other places such as Amazon.com. See this thread:
