I need information about a special conductivity test equipment for galvanized plating process. (MIL-DTL-81706B)

I need to know how sales this kind of equipment.

What we need is a test laboratory who can carry out the Contact Electrical Resistance test as described in section 4.5.5 of the specification. However, our test coupons will be produced from zinc electroplated steel according to ASTM B-633 Type III Fe/Zn 5 with a corrosion protection of 12 hours.
