what is impulse power frequency voltage ? some one can help me.

I do not understand your question. The theoretical Dirac delta function contains all frequencies. This can have any amplitude as proscribed for the analysis. In signal processing this is called the unit impulse function and it has an amplitude of 1. This is strictly not a voltage though for the Y axis need not be a voltage.

Impulse and power frequency voltages are two different things. Power frequency refers to the normal system power frequency voltage (normally 50 or 60 Hz) consisting of both positive and negative polarities with a periodic waveform. Impulse voltage is a wave of unidirectional polarity; either positive or negative with respect to zero but not both.
