House Plan

I am planning to build a home in India (kerala) within 15 to 20 lacs.can u suggest any site for getting a plan with modern architectural concept

Architectural or lifestyle magazines can be great sources of ideas. You could probably Google "house plans" and find some ideas you like.

One of the brilliant concepts that the great architect Frank Lloyd Wright had was the idea of the 'Usonian' house. A simple, modern design that could be built with simple materials by a person with only limited construction abilities. Here's a book that talks about the concept and offers some plans. I think it would be cool to build a usonian house in India. Good luck.
