Long may your tribe increase. I read it somewhere..... that long ago a tribe wanted a King, their God refused them, instead giving them a Judge. May your wishes be full. (peace be with you) Warmest Regards, Ray

Yes, I'm proud to be an Egyptian who attend that white and most modern civilized revolution established by the Grandsons of Ancient Egyptians, the designers and builders of Pyramids.

Many thanks for all members of CR Forum and participants klearzen, Usbport, artsmith, and wcfloyd.

It is great and uplifting to see your people acheiving a peaceful revolution. I hope they can form a satisfactory government swiftly.
I'm hoping to visit the wonders of your country at the end of the year as Mrs Cat is planning to take me up the Nile for my 60th birthday.

My dears Del the cat and nick name,

Thank you very much, and you are welcome to visit Egypt. And note the ancient Egyptian wisdom: "Who come to Egypt and get a drink from its River Nile, he shall find himself automatically coming back for further visits".

In competition with the Fontana di Trevi in Rom: if you throw a coin in you will come back! Thank you for the "invitation", I had the intention but do not know yet when. Any way I shall wait a bit to see the situation stable and wish for you the stability will come as soon as possible.

You People of Egypt are amazing! You gather a huge crowd of a quarter million people and are very peaceful and non-violent. Here in the USA, often when a sports team wins a championship, the fans of the winning team riot, break store windows, loot, and set cars on fire. I admire your people greatly! You set a great example from which many other could learn very much.

I follow world politics avidly. This world is to small for none of us to be affected by what happens in another country.

Even where I live there were positive and peacefully demonstrations supporting freedom and democracy, by Egyptian immigrants and others who were not.

I took great strength and courage for the people of Egypt to stand down a tyrant, and a bully. You risked you lives and now have the chance for a new start.

Egypt is one of the oldest civilzations on the planet. I wish you and all the best.

I am kind of impressed that a country with less than half the population of the Us could get 250,000 people to protest in a couple of days with no real organization.

I join with other contributors in admiration of the Egyptians and best wishes etc, but I suspect a wind-up here! Is there a Mostafa kamel? (must have a camel?) Sounds a bit like Mustafa Kemal (Atatürk), the founder of modern Turkey for anybody who doesn't know. If Egypt produces a leader of his stature they won't go far wrong.

BTW, what does "Yesterday Between Today" mean?

Cheers......Codey

Prince Mustafa Kamel, (August 14, 1874,– February 10, 1908, Cairo) was an Egyptian journalist, the son of an Egyptian army officer and political figure. He appealed mainly to the Egyptian people to demand the withdrawal of the British army of occupation from Egypt.

Of course you don't know that the current regimes was any worse for the people of those countries than the democracies that could follow (and then the subsequent military coup again).

Smile Engineer, In October, I was in Cairo for 10 days working a project. When I returned, I wrote a story for my local newspaper telling about my adventures, what I saw and what I learned over there. The people here really enjoyed my story and became more aware of Egypt. Today they ask me many questions about the recent events there. If you or your colleagues would like to share any thoughts or experiences from the old government or more recently, I would be honored to tell your story in my local newspaper. The people here want to know more about your experiences and events, support you and wish you the best.

All I can say Is throw one big party I am glad to see that everythings is going to be all right .

Everyone deserves freedom of Course we Americans would simply get the BBQ Grill out and Grill whatever is enjoyed !

and I imagine everyone will tell you every recipie there is out there.

I think once everyone gets happy and celebrate maybe news media will broadcast that ( at least they ought to ! )

Hope everything goes well and stop in America when you get a chance.
