	SIR G, After going back over your history here on CR4, the questions you have asked in the past indicate a total lack of anything that would qualify you as a HVAC tech, let alone a HVAC supervisor. HVAC supervisors don't always have time to ask CR4 members how to solve simple problems. They are expected to know these things already. Get a few more years experience first.

	Bitchy but true! I also looked back. If you don't know the job how can you supervise it? Over the years I've had a belly full of supervisors spouting s**t! To the point I've deliberately wired something up wrong, just to prove a point. It got to the point, at one company that he had the nervous breakdown and I was asked, please don't leave. I went! __________________ The reports of my death are greatly exaggerated.
