Is the disclosure of possible side effects (to include death) in medication advertisements a legally viable disclaimer for any possible retribution?

No. It's a "concession" drug companies made that allows them to blatantly advertise their billion dollar drugs to Aunt Ethyl, publicly.

That's just my opinion.

That is my opinion as well, and I see that you alone are able tolerate questions unrelated to engineering, which requires the ability for abstract thought.
