How to know the value of dryer filter of chiller if the parts was corroded or no data?

Measure the connection sizes and cartridge dimensions, and obtain a replacement that matches as closely as possible. It doesn't have to be exact.

Read the manuals of your chiller, recommended spare parts and specs should be there, given.

Or consult manufacturer by email inquiries through their website , certainly they know the specs of the spares for the model of chiller.
