Procedure for the Inpection of Gasoline at Delivery

Hello, we are looking for a procedure for the check and inspection of Gasoline at the time of delivery in 9 thousand Gallons or 32000 liters.I appreciate if you can help on this. Also how can i be sure that Gasoline is genuine and it should be what we need. BTW, we have a tank farm,and each week receive 10* 32K Liters of Gasoline in 3 three position in kuwait and another country.
