The MCCB itself cannot be Exe, the enclosure it is mounted in can. You typically would buy this from the enclosure mfr and just select the MCCB mfr from whatever they offer as a choice. No idea what's available in Viet Nam so I can't help with brands though.

Quite. The MCCB might be EEx d with EEx e terminal enclosures. The forum still needs the size, though.

"The forum still needs the size, though."

I read 100AF/75AT in post #1, maybe he amended it after you read it? Or is that strictly a NEMA thing and you didn't recognize the shorthand? If so, it means "100A Frame, 75A Trip"

So it doesn't require an acronymectomy? Oh, good.

Given the limited information you really only have three basic options

1) Use an Ex ed circuit breaker from a company such as Stahl

http://www.rstahl.com/

This may be difficult for large or special MCCBs.

2) Use a standard industrial MCCB fitted within an Ex d enclosure.

3) Use a standard industrial MCCB and locate it OUTSIDE the hazardous zone in the designated site safe area.

The above advice is only a guide. For more information please consult your applicable hazardous area standards relating to your project.

Thank you. I already check with stahl. Yes, their solution is to house the MCCB inside an Exd enclosure. The problems is, I am intend to located the MCB into my Exe panel, there is space limitation to put Exd enclosure inside Exe panel.
