Rotor Bar Squirrel Cage Motor

Hi everybody,

Help me. I have big motor with data :

P : 3300kW

V : 13.2kV

N : 590 rpm,

The last condition of Rotor many broken parts. Who know acceptance value percent Rotor Bar is good or bad? And the testing I know use method "Side-Band Analysis".

But I don't the tester name? May be Friend too know another Method?

Are you asking the permissible maximum number of broken rotor bars? If you know there are broken bars get them repaired before they cause more damage.
