There are many, many radio transmitter products available (from complete data radios right down to radio microchips for integrating into another product) that can transmit a distance of 200m for the purposes of control/monitoring.

The type, frequency, data rate, functionality, etc will depend on your application and local radio spectrum regulations and standards.
