Dear sir, Is there any possibilities where i can give directly AC voltage to ADC 0804 (pin 6,7) as input voltage? please tell me thanking you sir.

The answer is you cannot measure VAC this way. The VAC must first be rectified.

In cases like this I am tempted to say: "Yes, of course, just use wires to connect your AC source to pins 6 and 7."

VCC Range = 4.5V DC to 6.3V DC see datasheet on http://www.national.com/ds/DC/ADC0801.pdf
