Transformer Selection

please give selection guide for step up transformer for generator of 0.415 KV.if i want to step up voltage upto 33 KV which option i shsould use & why?

A. use two transformers of 0.415/11 Kv & 11/33 KV

B.use one transformer of 0.415/33KV

By both ways your purpose will get solved. But If you choose....

A - line losses will increase and component cost too i.e. you have to purchase 2 transformers.

B - Normal line losses and component cost reduced.

I think you should go with option B,because it will make your system more simpal and stable.For option A you may have to use Breaker b/w two transformers,which any way increase your cost only and make your system little complicated
