Equivalent Star Capacitance

Dear sirs,

i need to the equivalent star capacitance value for copper conductor, XLPE insulated , Shielded and non shielded, pVC outer sheath 0,6/1 kV power cable.

How can i find The equivalent star capacitance? Could anyone help me please?
