R410 10 SEER

Please let me know if there are R410 units 10 seer?

One of my suppliers says he has them in stock and I wonder if they are legit?

I think that new air-conditioning systems are now supposed to have SEERs of 13 or higher. If so, units of only 10 SEER would no longer be eligible for sale.

I have seen R-410 systems advertised at 15 SEER, but I don't know how well verified that is.
