Calorific Value of EN8

I am required the calorific value of EN8 material in KJ/KgC.

I didn't find EN8 specifically, but for steels in general the values ranged from about 0.45 to 0.50 KJ/Kg°C.

I heard calorific value for fuels like coal, gasolene, LPG and so on but not for materials like EN8. Also the unit for calorific value is kJ/kg. The unit you have mentioned (KJ/KgC) is for specific heat capacity.

If you mean specific heat capacity then take the value given by Tarnado.
