	I have vacuum gauge , model thermovac TR211 and controller TM21 it is not working and shows no sensor . i want to check the sensor. it has 6 pin. i want to what is input and output and which pin input and output. can you anybody help

	Hi, hiteshpurani, The integrated sensor comes in three configrations, all 6 pin. So what ever you have in your equipment, match it with and test what you can. Here are the pin configrations depending upon configuration. case 1 : PIN 1. VOUT 2. GROUND 3. VCC 4. V1 5. V2 6. VEX case 2 : PIN 1. OPEN 2. GROUND 3. -VOUT 4. VSUPPLY 5. +VOUT 6. OPEN case 3 : PIN 1. OPEN 2. GROUND 3. +VOUT 4. +VSUPPLY 5. -VOUT 6. OPEN Thats all , Have fun. __________________ Join Date: 24/10/2007
