How to Check Vacuum Gauge Sensor

I have vacuum gauge , model thermovac TR211 and controller TM21

it is not working and shows no sensor . i want to check the sensor.

it has 6 pin. i want to what is input and output and which pin input and output.

can you anybody help

....and the reason the equipment's operation and maintenance manual cannot be consulted is what, please?

And the reason the equipment supplier cannot be contacted directly is what, please?

Hi, hiteshpurani,

The integrated sensor comes in three configrations, all 6 pin. So what ever you have in your equipment, match it with and test what you can.

Here are the pin configrations depending upon configuration.

case 1 :

PIN 1. VOUT
2. GROUND
3. VCC
4. V1
5. V2
6. VEX

case 2 :


PIN 1. OPEN
2. GROUND
3. -VOUT
4. VSUPPLY
5. +VOUT
6. OPEN

case 3 :
PIN 1. OPEN
2. GROUND
3. +VOUT
4. +VSUPPLY
5. -VOUT
6. OPEN
