Dear ALI99,

Going by this and the previous thread, do you have the responsibility for the HV transformers ? If so, IMHO you will need lots of help at work from senior colleagues.

When i was young, one of my friends was given the responsibility for looking after a big boiler in a thermal power station. He wasn't given any training, even though he was pushing for it. A visiting big shot asked him "What steps will you take if that meter showing steam pressure goes into the red zone?" My friend, quick-witted, said " Long ones. And a lot of them, away from here"
