iso 9000 is issued based on effectively implemented ,documented ,established and maintained quality management system in the organisation. in the documentation it must show that the scope of organisation is this and for manage it effectively there are procedure which are laid down in quality management system manual and the site of the organisation .so i think there is one iso certificate for one scope and one site . scope may further extended but one certificate.from the last five years all the certicate 9001,/2/3 are merged with one only 9000 .
