i am working on a project which is having VMS system and i don't know the how to set vibration sensors in the field if some body can explain me detail. i am using 3 wire system.
Do you mean (1) how to set in place mechanically on the plant OR (2) Calibrate/check function electronically or with "shaker" table??
"VMS" suggests Vibrometer equipment, but as other posts write, type or part numbers are needed to understand what you have.
Without those, no one can know what sensitivity or frequency range or signal type applies - or if position or motion is the essential detected value.
