How to Setup the IOC Test with the Time Delay on Doble F2253

Could you suggest which micro to use in the ProTest program and how to set it up for Instantaneous current with time delay, relay testing using Doble 2253.

First, it's a "macro," not "micro."

Next, if you are testing an instantaneous overcurrent function, why are you looking for time delay? The key test is for the pickup point, for which I would use a PRAMPI (pulsed current ramp). I suppose that if you want to know how fast the relay operates after you apply a current high enough to trip on instantaneous, you could use the PRAMPI to find the pickup, then do a separate TIMEI test with a current value just a bit higher to determine actual operation time.
