Could you suggest which micro to use in the ProTest program and how to set it up for Instantaneous current with time delay, relay testing using Doble 2253.

First, it's a "macro," not "micro."
Next, if you are testing an instantaneous overcurrent function, why are you looking for time delay? The key test is for the pickup point, for which I would use a PRAMPI (pulsed current ramp). I suppose that if you want to know how fast the relay operates after you apply a current high enough to trip on instantaneous, you could use the PRAMPI to find the pickup, then do a separate TIMEI test with a current value just a bit higher to determine actual operation time.
