Why calculate <rhetorical question>? Look it up in the manufacturer's performance chart.

This is a rather complex question, depending largely on the size and shape of openings (including miscellaneous leaks/cracks) through which the air will be moved.

If I couldn't find a governing standard, I would "wild guess" 3/8 inch (~10 mm) water column for this duty. (And, because it is a wild guess, I would be prepared to be overruled.)
