Medium Voltage and Low Voltage Cable

hello, I just need to know please why medium voltage cables are usually 3 core ones (without neutral and earth cores) and why low voltage cables as outgoing of secondary of transformers are withoutearth core?

This is 4-core underground MV cable sample.

The earthing wire coming out from transformer secondary side normally is from the transformer frame. (where this earth point can be internally or externally connected to neutral point inside the transformer). So, you will not see they are coming out at the same level with the other cables since the connection points normally is near the bottom of the transformer.

Why working with prejudiced mind ?

You just ask for the cables suitable for the supply mains. - wether 3 phase 3 wire, 3 phase 4 wire or 3 phase 5 wire ?

It all depends upon what is the type of the network - TN (TN-C or TN-S or TN-C-S) or TT or IT.
