what do you mean by maker's details and part number .. ? I just have a question in my project it says like this .. : Compare two different methods of power measurments in a three-phase system for both balanced and unbalanced loads .. and i have choosen the 2 watt meter method and the 3 watt meter method .. can yo help me in this question please ?

A 2-wattmeter is basically used for balanced/un-balanced loading when 3-wire system is used. When 4-wire system is used (ie, Neutral included), 3-wattmeter method is used to measure the power.

Since this is a homework Project question, it will not be proper to get the reply here. After all you must get to the answer yourself.
try to construct a 3 phase 3 wire system with balanced load and check whether the wattmeter will always give the corerct answer. Do same with 4 wire system. Now try out with unbalanced loads. try with floating neutral and then with neutral grounded see where you get a different answer and why.
When you get a problem like this, you must think
(a) If 3 wattmeter costly method exist, it must have a certain advantage.
(b) Where the cheaper method fail to provide accurate result.
