Yes. The manufacturer of those panels does.

Put them in the correct place and connect wires between them.

Hi, All

if you gonna procure panel from the supplier and will mount into the substation or outdoor please request the procedure from the supplier and endorse to client before the installation.

Also during the install please ensure the safe handling, failure of installation lead to delay of testing/commissioning.

Best way is to follow the Panel Manufacturer's Installation Manual & Drawings.

HT = high tension, same as high voltage. Likewise LT.

Additionally you need to follow your local electrical standards and regulations.

The installation also needs to be done by a qualified professional.
