What does the original equipment manufacturer's performance curve say?

With these data nobody on the earth can tell you CFM of your fan. Designers put their brain to design the optimum size for the for the best efficiency flow. If flow is not known you have to meassure it by meassuring velocity at the outlet cross section then you can use your maths.
Fan is designed to meet certain flow rate (cfm) and pressure at outlet (static or total). To answer your question some more data like fan type (centrifugal or axial),outlet pressure, impeller eye diameter. type of blading (radial, forward or backward curved), blade angle etc. are required.
However, assuming centrifugal fan with this limited data, I can say that it may give about 110,000 cfm.
