Induction Motor Supply

05/13/2011 2:05 PM

The type of supply for an induction motor must be

1) a.c only

2) d.c only

3) a.c or d.c

4) rectified a.c

I think its a.c or d.c what do you think. Thank you.

I guess it would depend on the desire to see the motor spin.

Check your textbook, look for some guidance on electromagnetic induction.

I think you should learn not to try to get other people to do your homework for you. You only learn how to be a leach that way.

I don't think what you think.

Some other possible multiple choices for this test question:
5) none of the above
6) some of the above
7) most of the above
8) all of the above

I quite cannot understand what you mean by that. For you, what motor should be considered as an induction motor? Having answered that question, you will be clear of what you want.
