Online UPS Design

i have designed hf online ups upto 20kvausing analog ics.

now i want to design frontend-converter to expand kva rating.

pls tell which topology to follow to achieve better efficiency and low current thd.

pls tell me the topology followed in standard hf higher rating brand.

Ahem. If I tell you my trade secrets, will you pay all of my bills for the next few years? I don't think so!

I'll grant you that uniterruptible power supplies (ups) are now a very robust well understood design with many different approaches. [I still love the elegant simplicity of the flywheel approach.] But to be able to honestly claim to maximize efficiency requires understanding all parts of the system. If you truly understand the DC to AC translation problem, then you should be able to grasp the design requirement for efficient AC to DC to stored energy problem. By the way, I just gave you a hint where the efficiency drops.
