Preflash Tower of Crude Unit

My question is : How can I design the preflash tower of crude unit, with a stripping steam or with reboiler, and which is better? Please I need a help.

Hire a Chemical Engineer and a Mechanical Engineer. They can do it.

Thank you for your reply, but I am chemical engineer and I know how the tower be designed but my question is : which is better the preflash tower with reboiler or with stripping steam.
