K-Value of Flange According to DIN

05/24/2011 3:49 AM

I attach here the Design calculation of flanges done by our consultant according to AD-Merkblatter. The flange rating is PN-40. The DIN Flange material is C22.8 DIN 17243 AD-W12/W13 , WERKSTOFF NUMBER IS 1.0460. According to Table of Material Equivalent Chart as reference , The equivalent material of this flange is A105N.
The client want us to confirm the validity of the K-value given in the calculation at the designated temperature. I don't have any reference cannot find the list of K-VALUE d list for the flange to check on its value. If using PVElite and ASME Sect VIII Div 1, For Flange of A105 , the design stress value at 100 Degree C. will be at 120 N/mm3. Can I use that and show it to the client?.

I don't know what it is about CR4 graphics that tends to gray out line drawings and text, and to restrict them to small sizes. In any event, I couldn't read that.
