i have a n14 that smoke and miss at a low idle

If the injectors are worn, they can "slobber" fuel into the cylinders, rather than producing a well atomized spray. The large droplets can lead to poor combustion, excessive smoking, and cylinders missing. There may be other causes, but that is where I would look first. This would be more likely at low feed rates such as at idle.

all 6 injector are less then 6 months old same as fuel pump also have done air to air wiring harnness for the engie and adout all the sensors new heads repladed ecm twice second ecm helped with the miss but still is smoking
