IP Code Certification

What is the method for getting ip certification. Is there any certificate issuing centres.

It is 'protection against ingress' of solid and liquid pollutants. Not 'ingress of protection'.

Never heard of index of protection. You tell me where you heard that.

Did you find the testing and certifying authorities ?

Is this from China? Maybe it is their convention. i only know them as "Degrees of Protection" . The designation "IP " is called the "International protection" by EIEMA, for example.Nevertheless, the Chinese chart is otherwise correct.
