Diameter of Pully at 80 RPM

Bucket size ,for 10 tonn/hr paddy height 12 m elevator

To design a belt & bucket elevator. Mainly formulae for calculating power required, rpm of motor, number of buckets,dia of pully,shaft size etc. for 10 ton/hr paddy of 12m height.

What are you really trying to do? What shape, size, and density is the product to be moved? Must it be vertical, or can it be sloped? And maybe several dozen other questions.

material = paddy

capacity = 10 ton/hr

vertical height=12 m

rpm of pully = 80

i want a perfect data of bucket elevator..

required data.. dia of pully...size of bucket ..no of bucket .. space between the buckets...power required.. wat type of belt.? so my bucket elevator will work perfectly..

Is there any additional data from your original post?

Simply contact any bucket elevator supplier, they will guide you.
