Regarding to the Level Gauge

06/13/2011 11:50 PM

What's ur opinion on the importance of boiler drum level gauges? And which kind is more accurate? DP transmitter? electrode indicator? bi-color level gauge? or the magnetic level gauge? And how to conquer the deviration which caused by different enviornments inside and outside the boiler drum?

The importance of the level gauge is to make sure there is always sufficient water above the firebox crown so that the fusible plug doesn't melt.

Thanks, Puru. But u see, most power plants have at least two or three principles of level measurement instrument.

And most of the measurement instruments are outside the boiler drum. It is influenced by the outside enviorment. And don't you think it's harmful for the measurement result. Luckily, Our company develops a new range of level gauges which can conquer the problem. And we have also applied the patent.

And now, we are enlarging the market share. If you and your friends need this kind of product, please contact us. And I am looking forward to your favor.
