Compressive Strength of Cube

For M30 grade of concrete if the value of 7 days and 28 days results found differ from the design value(Means instead of 20.1 for 7 days it comes 23.0,25.0 and for 28 days it instead of 30 it comes 35.0,40.0) then the result will failure or not?

Only if plagiarizing oneself is an issue.

(I once wrote a term paper in high school that was suitable for two classes, and was accused of this. Wrong charge, but maybe they should have got me on double-dipping.)
