Dear Sir,

what are all the specifications to be notedown while procuring and installing in Allen bradley 5/80E PLC?

Anybody help me.

Read the Allen-Bradley literature on this PLC, and then incorporate into your specification every claim they make.

Unless this is to replace an existing processor or you are trying to duplicate something the PLC-5 is an "end-of-life" PLC family and not intended for for new designs. I would say to look at CompactLogix, AB has a nice specifying manual for this family of PLC's.
