  • Cement content: 10 to 15%
  • Aggregates and pebbles: 60 to 75%
  • Water: 15 to 20 percent
  • Entrained air: 5 to 8 percent.

"...make some paving block which are pressed but the samples ..."

Shaun, is this what you need the 8,000 psi for? Can you tell us, all at once, what you are doing? Then we may be better able to help you. Why are you pressing these paver stones?

Yikes!

Are you going to be the guy with his head inside the press? Yeesh!

That is a vibrating compactor, combined with a press. I would assume there is a heat cycle (a kiln) somewhere right after forming. I would assume there is a proprietary material mix and production cycle that these people have found successful.

What is going on... did you break some of these, and now you are trying to make some so you don't have to buy them?

Let's assume that the pavers are 12x12 8x8 inches. That's 1 square foot 64 in2. You have 4,000# of force/weight to use. How hard do you want to press?

Shoulda read the other one first.

I agree... the response "no just got 10000 to make ten thousands got the time need to make the machine" makes no sense to me.

Just got: 10,000 pavers? $10,000.00 US dollars?

...to make ten thousands: ten thousands what?
