You mean slurry? Are you trying to find an use for it? To be able to do that, you have to first characterize it.

Is the liquid medium water, or what? Maybe it has some oil in it?

What is the solids content of the slurry?

Is the slurry a consistent composition, or does it vary according to the type of marble being cut, the amount of coolant liquid, and the speed of the cutting?

What is the particle size distribution?
