Generator problem

Please help me, I am facing problem generator's output

Chinese Generator of Megaton Co. with specifications of:

Output : 625/500 kva/kw 400volts at 1500 rpm, 50Hz. P.F 0.8 AVR avc63

After starting shuttdown automatically, and some time decrease the speed upto 800rpm. even after replacing of new electronic speed controller i am facing same problem.

When I started without speed controller speed comes upto 1700 rpm with frequencey of 58 Hz. Please tell me can I use this supply for 3 phase induction Motors.
